Your Role:

  • Coordinate end-to-end release cycles for new features and improvements
  • Facilitate effective communication by scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing and distributing meeting minutes and managing action items
  • Lead discussions with stakeholders to brainstorm solutions and assess feasibility
  • Collaborate with various resources in multiple locations and time zones.
  • Ensure risks and issues are identified, tracked, and escalated
  • Identify and document detailed requirements as required for initiatives
  • Assist in platform testing and review of configurations and new developments
  • Support process improvement initiatives across the organization
  • Stay updated on evolving business needs to refine and optimize the platform accordingly
  • Ensure best practice/Industry standards (set by Citco) are being followed
  • Ensure proper organization and access management for digital resources
  • Contribute to data-driven insights for informed decision-making
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years in Project Management experience with demonstrated responsibility and ownership of projects, preferably in financial domain
  • Experience collaborating with a team distributed across the globe
  • Self-starter who can demonstrate taking initiative and ownership in current role
  • Proven time management capabilities
  • Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills
  • Advanced MS Office suite skills in particular Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Assets/nice-to-haves:
  • Experience in the fund administration industry
  • PMP Certification
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
  • Experience with BPM tools, Visio, SmartSheet, Qlik, PowerBI, Databricks
  • Understanding of how BPM, CRM and BI tools operate
