The role of Product Data Owner/Manager is an individual contributor role at Cayuse. This role will be responsible for supporting, developing and releasing data products per the product roadmap. This will include supporting the reporting, analytics and data integration products by meeting with customers and helping to create product roadmaps, data maps, building out the data models and ensuring the data portfolio of products can be successfully utilized by customers.

What you get to do:
- Work with customers and internal stakeholders to track, define, and map data elements in legacy tools including common name, UI labels, database table and column names, and data export column headers
- Work with the Data Product Manager to incorporate data elements into the Cayuse data dictionary
- Work with Application Engineering to enhance existing CSV extract processes with data from legacy systems
- Work with Product Teams to map extract data to existing application features, flowable form fields, API endpoints, or database tables and columns.
- Work with Application Engineering, the Data Product Manager, and product stakeholders to build out new data extraction processes, validations, and business logic within a cloud data platform.

- Demonstrated experience and success in building strong relationships with stakeholders and cross functional partners across high growth organizations of scale, including C-team and cross department leadership.
- Highly analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to break down ambiguous problems and turn them into data-driven insights and actionable solutions, and able to trouble-shoot issues quickly yet thoroughly, to make impactful recommendations.
- Passion for operational excellence with demonstrated success driving process improvement and change management with empathy
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments and roles.
- Ability to prioritize and focus in a results-driven environment where trade-offs are crucial skills; able to assess a situation and quickly make decisions.
- Extraordinary verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong bias toward action, rolling up sleeves when needed
