Roamly is the first full-stack insurtech for travel enthusiasts with an embedded offering that brings modern-day RV insurance to make owners' vehicles 'rent ready.' Roamly provides a suite of unique digital insurance products that eliminate the commercial use exclusion clause that prohibits online renting activity. Roamly enables marketplaces to embed and offer a broad array of insurance products – such as rental insurance, trip and travel insurance, and pet insurance, among other offerings – directly to customers through simple booking flows. Core Responsibilities:

• You'll have ultimate responsibility for the growth of our products in all 50 states and Canada.
• First product hire for the Roamly team, you’ll be working closely with the cofounders to establish a roadmap and help support go to market for new product lines
• Drive product-led growth by working closely with internal and external partners, our marketplace business and driving cross-sell opportunities
• Work closely with our actuarial and underwriting teams to coordinate product changes and manage loss ratios through product initiatives
• Develop and implement robust data-driven action plans to improve product performance
• Build out our claims experience across multiple products

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experienced: You've been a high achiever in insurance for over five years (3+ years in a product management role). You have experience managing personal lines products and embedded insurance platforms.
• Builder: You have a builder's mindset with startup energy and can take projects and products from inception to launch and beyond. You will have a strong bias towards action.
• Digital: Your tech-savvy must be exceptional. You have a strong product sense and are a master of learning and implementing high-speed processes. Your technical and analytical skills must be top-notch.
Hungry: You want to leap into an early-stage tech-based insurance business to accelerate your growth rapidly and have a real impact.

Salary:

$131,600 - $170,000

The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with potentially applicable laws. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience, and geographic work location. The total annual compensation package may consist of a base salary and bonus dependent upon position.
