Position Overview: Alteryx is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the delivery of innovative solutions on the Alteryx Server platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of initiatives and driving alignment across teams. The TPM will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer-Centric Execution: Act as the voice of the customer during project execution to ensure solutions provide maximum value.
- Epic Decomposition: Break down epics into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria to guide development teams effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal teams, including engineering, UX, and product management, to foster a collaborative environment.
- Requirements Gathering: Facilitate sessions with stakeholders and customers to capture clear, actionable requirements.
- Roadmap Development: Contribute to product roadmaps by collaborating on key deliverables, timelines, and priorities. You will be responsible for your team backlog.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in retrospectives and leverage insights to enhance processes and future project delivery.
- Change Management: Effectively manage changes in scope, schedule, and resources to maintain delivery momentum.
- Additional Duties: Updating Jira, Story Acceptance, and Product Documentation on features delivered.
What We're Looking For:
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple workstreams with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Quick to learn and operationalize new concepts, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities.

Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in technical product management, project management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Alteryx Server or similar data analytics platforms is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or Engineering) or equivalent experience.
