Guild is looking for a Product Marketing Director on our Employer Marketing team.
At Guild, the Product Marketing team partners closely with sales, client services, and our product and solutions teams to launch solutions that meet customer demand. Our team is responsible for identifying market and customer insights, informing product and solution strategy, and leading best-in-class positioning, messaging, and sales activation strategies.
This role will be integral to our product marketing strategy, partnering with Product to influence product strategy with key customer insights, develop and lead go-to-market plans, and ensure Sales, Solutions Design, Client Services, and Marketing teams can effectively speak to the unique value of our products and solutions.
As a Product Marketing Director, Career Mobility you will:
- Define Guild’s positioning for new products, solutions, and services specifically related to career mobility
- Support prospect- and client-facing teams with tools, training, and collateral to communicate the value of our capabilities
- Collaborate with Product & Solutions teams to influence and communicate Guild’s product roadmap
- Create high-quality product content in support of demand generation, thought leadership, and sales enablement efforts
- Be a key part of a relatively new and growing function within Guild’s broader marketing team helping to identify and shape processes, program improvements, etc
You are a strong fit for this role if you have:
- 10+ years experience in product marketing, strategy consulting or related areas (bonus if you've worked on projects related to career/internal mobility, skills, and HCM/HRIS)
- Product Marketing or Product experience in the B2B software space and demonstrated experience contributing at strategic, operational and tactical levels
- Experience presenting to large groups, including C-level executives
- Experience working on complex, technical products and working closely with product and engineering
- Proven record of mentoring and leading a diverse team
- Track record of influencing behavior at variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional leaders
- Demonstrated experience driving resolution in the context of competing perspectives

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $160,000- $190,000 in addition to variable compensation eligibility as well as company stock options.
