Summary: Onbe seeks an expert Product Marketing Manager to power marketing campaigns and empowers our broader team with research and insights. In this highly collaborative role, you will supervise all market research and partner with Demand Generation, Comms, and cross-functional teams to build dynamic content that resonates with key audiences, advises our GTM strategies, and keeps the team up to date on industry trends and competitive insights.
Responsibilities
- Drive and coordinate market research strategy & execution, conducting research via SaaS tools (e.g., Survey Monkey, Comperemedia) and research advisory firms (e.g., Forrester, Gartner).
- Act as Product Marketing SME to Demand Gen/Creative teams, developing messaging and positioning that powers campaigns and resonates with key audiences, including long and short-form content (whitepapers, webinars, blog posts, etc.) and website updates.
- Build and maintain an index from key findings that can be used across Sales, Product & Marketing efforts.
- Translate key findings into sales enablement materials and GTM planning (pitch decks, competitive analyses, industry insights, etc.), serving as research & insights point person for the team and the broader company.
- Assist with GTM product launches as needed.
Qualifications
- 4-7 years in a Product Marketing/Management role.
- Payments or FinTech proven experience preferred.
- Excellent foundation in research methodology and strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative research and distill it into useful takeaways and dynamic content.
- Experience with SaaS research tools (Survey Monkey, Compremedia, Statista, comScore).
- Experience partnering with research advisory firms and technology analysts (Gartner, Forrester).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience developing content in a high-paced, collaborative environment.
- They are highly organized and can work autonomously and collaboratively on multiple simultaneous projects.
The base salary range for this position is between $104,760.00 to $139,680.00, with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand. This position can be office-based, hybrid, or fully remote in the continental United States. Onbeβs employee base is mostly clustered in the Eastern and Central time zones, with offices in suburban Philadelphia and suburban Chicago. Some periodic travel will be required.
