ABOUT THE ROLEย 

We are seeking a hands-on product marketing manager to develop and execute marketing strategies to increase product awareness and adoption. If you're an experienced B2B product marketer with demonstrable success in working with emerging products and driving GTM strategies, weโ€™d love to hear from you. This critical role sits at the intersection of our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, as well as our customers and prospects.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE ROLE
  • Internally educate and define product marketing within the business.
  • Guide teams towards finishing projects and campaigns as a project owner.
  • Work end-to-end on go-to-market assets, messaging, and positioning.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team, product organization, and others to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Establish relationships with customers and subject matter experts which inform your strategies and plans.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Product messaging and positioning โ€“ Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates our product from its competitors, and serve as an internal champion of those systems.
  • Content Development โ€“ Conceptualize and craft educational product and solution content for a variety of platforms.
  • Market, customer, and competitive analysis - Be the authority on the customer, industry trends, and the other industry players.
  • Sales enablement โ€“ Craft region-agnostic high-value sales tools, training, and collateral.
  • Evangelism โ€“ Serve as one of the companyโ€™s spokespersons and be known as a go-to product expert.
REQUIREMENTS
  • BA / BS (MBA Preferred).
  • Experience bringing products and solutions to market for B2B audiences within the data transformation, data science, or human resources functions.
  • Prior experience in edtech or similar industries is highly preferred.
  • 7+ years experience constructing and executing marketing plans encompassing strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, launches, product requirements, messaging, pricing, etc.
  • 5+ years experience initiating and driving a range of GTM programs including, webinars, trade shows, social media, content marketing etc.
  • Demonstrable experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, across geographies, including executive management, product management, operations, sales and marketing.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail.
