Scratchpad is looking for a passionate Product Marketing Manager to drive our mission of making salespeople happy. This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing and will work closely with the product and go-to-market teams to influence how we communicate our product and value to customers.
This role is for you if:You’re a storyteller: Ability to clearly articulate stories that are well positioned and begin with the problem that exists in the world, why it matters and weave a narrative through personas and use cases in creative and compelling ways.

You’re exceptional at product marketing strategy and execution: Develop strategies and plans where you can drive the initiative and execute on tactics with speed and flexibility.
You are a content creation extraordinaire: Create and orchestrate content deliverables for prospects, users, customers and our internal go-to-market team
You’re engagement focused: Drive awareness to impact product and feature engagement through content, help center, use cases, in-product experiences awareness campaigns, event-based trigger communications and the enablement of our GTM teams (RWS,AE,CX teams).
You have a knack for influencing people: Manage up and across functions in marketing and product. Build report and trust with sales to influence and direct how our messages are pushed throughout the sales process.
You’re a holistic thinker: Understand, appreciate and effectively use multiple channels and touch points that make up the entirety of the user’s or prospect’s experience with Scratchpad
You’re experienced - You have 5+ years in B2B SaaS, Consumer, or eCommerce marketing with an emphasis on product marketing. You can clearly articulate evidence of how you have shipped products and features.
Narratives: Develop empathy for users with a deep understanding of personas and use cases and construct compelling stories for features and products that delight our users and tie back to solving their pain points. Constructing well thought out narratives will take into consideration how product marketing will help us attract users from new accounts, win deals and grow users within known accounts.
Launch Plans: Formulate strategies and plans for product launches that cover 100% of every product and feature we ship including large quarterly launches, monthly launches and weekly updates. Utilize communication channels to reach customers to tell these stories including through our product as well partnering with Growth marketing to extend stories through traditional channels including, email, social, paid and communities. Own and coordinate product marketing release cycles including work back plans and coordination across marketing and product teams with involvement from leadership.
Content: Design build and manage product marketing content including narratives, blog content, product video demos, website content, use cases content, persona content, talk tracks and positioning of features to value.
Enablement: Construct a process and oversee the delivery in partnership with the Training and Development team to educate our GTM team on the details of each launch, the narrative, how to position it, value based messaging, and pricing and packaging.
