Reporting to the Director of Brand & Product Marketing, this full-stack product marketer will create revenue opportunities by driving established GTM strategy, pricing and packaging plans, and category positioning work. You’ll gather and apply insights from competitive intelligence and customer research, help enable customer-facing teams, and flex your writing chops. You’ll work in and alongside our marketing team to deliver powerful integrated campaigns. In this role, you must have a high degree of comfort operating autonomously, superb organizational skills, and an influential cross-functional presence.

You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Drive our ambitious go-to-market plans with stakeholders across product management, product design, sales, customer success and enablement
- Help model, test and deploy pricing and packaging strategy
- Own intelligence and champion our customers—be the expert on our buyers and our competition
- Continuously refine, validate, codify and evangelize value-based positioning and segmentation for our solutions and our category
- Develop and validate persona-based messaging on which you’ll train and standardize the company and our contractors
- Help enable our Revenue teams to sell
- Write about the value of our solutions in select content and launch assets
- Set and measure your work against key performance indicators and report on weekly progress
- Work with our program manager to develop and standardize frameworks and processes for integrated launches and campaigns
We are looking for people who have:
- Demonstrated accountability for revenue impact
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Highly articulate and diplomatic, able to advocate for a course of action with supporting data and gracefully make arguments
- Ability to listen and build authentic connections with others
- Always curious, always learning, not afraid to ask questions
- BS/BA and 4+ years of B2B SaaS experience in product marketing
- Strong attention to detail yet able to understand and influence larger business strategy
- Outstanding prioritization and organization skills, undaunted by fast-paced environments
- A humble, dependable, transparent team player
In California, the range for this position is typically a base salary of $119,000 to mid salary of $130,000, with a quarterly bonus program. The range provided is Shopmonkey’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. Consult with your Recruiter during the initial call to determine a more targeted range based on these job-related factors. In addition to this base compensation, company stock options and benefits as outlined below are included.
