⢠Provides support to the cross-functional teams with the goal of successful GTM outcomesā¢ā¢ Researches analyzes and documents findingsā¢ā¢ May coach and review the work of other team membersā¢ā¢ Designs delivers and executes marketing and communication strategiesā¢ā¢ Analyzes and assesses performance of marketing strategies and recommends improvementsā¢ā¢ Models new product plans and routes to market while accounting for required resources and paybackĀ ā¢periodsā¢ā¢ Establishes relationships with executive leaders to present product functionalitiesā¢ā¢ Drives the end-to-end planning processes and core priority settingsā¢ā¢ Works with executive leadership to drive outcomes align with business owners and stakeholdersĀ ā¢mitigate risk and deliver value to internal and external customersā¢ā¢ Drives evolution of the business through simplification and transformation activitiesā¢ā¢ Develops and manages the positioning and messaging for product expansion strategies in new marketsā¢ā¢ Identifies customer needs oversees market research and monitors market trends and competitiveĀ ā¢landscapesā¢ā¢ Communicates the value proposition of products and develops tools to support the selling proc essā¢ā¢ Monitors internal processes for efficiency and validity pre- and post-GTMā¢ā¢ Manages market person mapping and marketing intelligenceā¢ā¢ Assists marketing programs that drive demand for products within their assigned marketsā¢ā¢ Communicates and collaborates cross-functionally to determine the āwhyā āwhatā and āwhenā of productsĀ ā¢to effectively position each product appropriately in the marketplaceā¢ā¢ Initiates and fosters relationships to create new products and enhance functionality of existing productsĀ and product linesā¢ā¢ Assists with the product market requirement phase of market analysis total addressable market size andĀ competitive landscapeā¢ā¢ Interfaces with all partner-centric listening posts to gather input and communicate product strategiesā¢ā¢ Assists with training material messaging and educational contentā¢ā¢ Assists with identifying opportunities to out-position competitors based on areas of productĀ differentiation both in the short and long term
