The opportunityngrok is seeking a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager with substantial Program Management experience to join our Product Marketing team. This person will be a key driver in ngrok’s future growth, through launching new products, enabling our sales team, managing key campaigns and GTM strategies in our space. As a PMM at ngrok, you understand our customers, our community, and the challenges they face. You launch products and campaigns with compelling messaging and content. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in networking, or cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities- Work with product management, marketing functions (demand-gen, content marketing, events, PR), partner and sales teams to develop content, campaigns and launch products
- Work backwards from launch and campaign goals to define objectives, milestones, timelines and metrics in coordination with stakeholders across multiple organizations
- Track, measure, and manage performance against project plans
- Build and execute a go-to-market strategy and innovative use-case focused campaigns targeting infrastructure operations professionals
- Create messaging, content assets, and sales enablement assets to be used by ngrok marketing and sales teams, as well as partner teams
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in the cloud infrastructure space
- Technical background with a good understanding of networking solutions
- Hand-on experience in program management of product launches and campaigns
- A gift for storytelling and proven ability to craft compelling GTM stories with pitch decks, keynotes, executive presentations, web copy etc
- Strong communicator and writer with a penchant for translating technical content into customer-focused materials
- Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with overlapping timelines and deliverables

BenefitsCompensation for this role depends on level, but we provide a competitive mix of salary and equity.
We provide a 401(k) with a 100% match up to 3% of your salary and a 50% match up to another 2%.
We provide healthcare, dental, and vision with premiums fully covered on the base plan for employees. Half of premiums are covered for dependents. We also include long term disability, short term disability, and a term life policy at no cost to employees.
