Product Ops Associates at VillageMD take ownership of the success of our healthcare software products, acting as the connection point between the product team and our users. Product Ops will drive product success via launch, support, training, and development to achieve product goals.
The Product Ops Associate will bring immense value to our business by ensuring success via fully operationalized products. They will work collaboratively with team members from Product, Engineering, Operations and stakeholders to drive adoption, develop new features, and address bugs. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone looking to make their mark on a hyper-growth organization.

How you can make a difference
- Bring technology to life by closing the gap between makers and users of technology products
- Contribute to the vision and structure of an emerging Product Ops team.
- Partner directly with end users (patients and internal constituents) to represent, address and resolve their needs
- Design features and work collaboratively with implementation, product management and engineers on execution
- Build and modify internal tools and processes to promote efficiency & scalability across product & engineering
Skills for success
- A real passion for making an impact in healthcare
- Natural ability to understand technology at a "super user plus" level and explain solutions to multiple audiences
- Passion for evangelizing technology products to achieve outcomes
- Strong sense of ownership and empowerment to drive cross-functional improvements for the user experience
- Bias for action and getting stuff done
- ERP/EHR implementation, Salesforce, SQL, Tableau, or other relevant technical skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Orientation to detail and a commitment to excellence in technical pursuits
- A low ego and humility; an ability to gain trust by doing what you say you will do
Experience to drive change
- 3+ years application support, product launch, system administration, or other related work
- 2+ years’ experience working across multiple engineering teams
- Experience in growth-focused, B2C or B2B technology or product team a plus!
- Ability to drive decision making on the focused product within team and amongst a wide set of constituents
- BS/MS in related fields

For Colorado Residents only: The base compensation range for this role is $60,000 to $80,000 At VillageMD, compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. This role may be eligible for annual/quarterly bonus incentives (if applicable), and the selected candidate will be eligible for a valuable company benefits plan, including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and access to a 401k plan with company match.
