 THE ROLE: 

We are looking for a product operations manager that will help us with our mission to empower healthcare professionals to find their dream job. This position is remote. 

The product operations manager at Vivian will support the product team by enabling product managers to focus on the product and their core tasks and responsibilities. While the product management focuses on the customer, the product operations manager’s customer is the product team. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Implementing or optimizing systems and processes and managing the team’s internal wiki
• Ensuring timely, audience-appropriate communication
• Analyzing, synthesizing, and automating data created or used by product management
• Offloading non-core product management tasks
• Understand where product operations add value, think about everything required to maintain a well-connected and smoothly running product team that isn’t product management. 
• Take on many ancillary responsibilities that don’t need a product manager

THE SKILL SET: 

• Three to five years of proven success in a similar role, driving successful operational programs within product development and/or customer success organizations
• Specific experience running beta/early access programs
• Detail-oriented with exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Dedicated team player who strives to enable others to do their best work
• A passion for speaking with — and learning from — customers
• Familiar with business systems and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Shortcut, Intercom, Notion, and Split.io)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau,  Looker,or Amplitude)

THE NICE TO HAVES: 

• Experience product managing internal tooling 

THE SALARY, BENEFITS & PERKS:

The range for this position is $110,000-140,000 yearly salary, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
