About This Role

We are looking for a full-time Product Operations Specialist to handle esports data entry and data verification. The typical day primarily consists of monitoring esports events offered on the PrizePicks app/website, sports data entry, and ensuring all events are scored and settled accurately and within a timely manner. These competitive esports markets currently include Call of Duty, Counter Strike: Global Offensive, Defense of the Ancients 2, League of Legends, Rocket League, and Valorant.The ideal candidate is detail oriented, works with a sense of urgency, and has night/weekend availability. Flexibility is also required within this role, as cross-training into other roles of the department is expected, such as processing withdrawals. This is an immediate opening for an entry-level role with competitive hourly pay and opportunity for advancement.

Responsibilities Include:

• Actively monitor all live esports events offered by PrizePicks.

• Ensure scoring details are correct across all sports.

• Ensure all sporting events offered by PrizePicks are finalized in a timely manner after the conclusion of the event.

• Retaining maximum board visibility and exposure.

• Constant communication with Member Support and other departments regarding any issues that may arise.

• Must be able to work during the weekend.

• Process withdrawals as needed for the department.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

• Strong understanding of esports vocabulary

• Experience with data verification

• Experience with data entry and spreadsheets
