POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Product Owner at Clearway Health, you will play a pivotal role in developing and communicating the product goals for the Clearway Health Data Portal and Data Pipeline working in a remote setting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product backlog items. The Product Owner at Clearway Health has the opportunity to make a significant impact on the development and success of our Clearway Health Data Portal and Data Pipeline. This position reports to the Head of Technology.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate a clear product goal for the Clearway Health Data Portal and Data Pipeline.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand user needs.
- Define and prioritize product backlog items based on business value and stakeholder input.
- Effectively communicate product vision, priorities, and roadmap to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between product goals and overall business objectives.
- Create and maintain a well-defined and prioritized product backlog for the Clearway Health Data Portal and data pipeline.
- Break down high-level requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Continuously groom and refine the backlog, ensuring it is up-to-date and reflects the latest priorities and insights.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure a shared understanding of backlog items and facilitate efficient delivery.
- Help mature Clearway Health agile practices by promoting collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
- Work closely with the development team to provide clarifications and guidance on backlog items during sprints.
- Support the Head of Technology in managing and resolving conflicts, dependencies, and impediments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in an Agile software development environment.
- Bachelor's degree and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile software development environment.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry trends and challenges is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience working with healthcare and/or pharmacy data strongly preferred.
- Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
