Product Partner Manager

• We’re looking for someone to join our team to manage our strategic Product Partnerships with companies like Hubspot, Calendly, Mailchimp and more! We need someone who can identify new opportunities to expand and grow these relationships. Specifically, we’re looking for someone who can build and lead our relationships with senior stakeholders, handle technical conversations with product teams, develop and execute GTM strategies through a product driven growth lens and lead commercial partnership negotiations.

  
  

  What you will be doing:

  • Manage and nurture high potential partnerships to drive mutually beneficial growth that results in exponential growth. 
  • Align GTM and  product driven growth strategies… figuring out things like: “How do we leverage partnerships to drive adoption of Podium through our self-serve channel?” 
  • Set vision and strategy for long term growth of the partnerships you manage. What does success look like 2 years from now and how do we get there?  
  • Collaborate internally with key stakeholders including marketing, sales, product, engineering, legal, and more. Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes by building healthy internal relationships. 
  • Help develop and implement the strategic Product Partnerships “Playbook” to ensure success over quarters and years. These are not quick win partnerships! 
  • Evaluate the strategic and economic impact of potential opportunities with the partners you manage, and prioritize your efforts based on impact. 
  • Contribute to shaping our Product Partnership strategy and building repeatable processes and scaled engagement models.
  
  

  What you should have:

  • 5 - 7 years of experience managing partners at a top technology company or similar environment. 
  • Analytical ability to drive strong commercial outcomes for both Podium and our partners.
  • Expertise developing GTM plans, business cases, financial models, and familiarity with legal agreements.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and multitask with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong project management skills to keep partners and internal teams on track and hitting targets. 
  • Strong internal and external communication abilities, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity.
