Product Portfolio Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Portfolio Director to lead our product team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in logistics SaaS and a strong background in Agile, cross-functional development. As a Product Portfolio Director, you will work with the Chief Product Officer and Product Managers to define our product vision, create and prioritize roadmaps, manage the product backlog, and ensure successful product delivery through collaboration with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of product managers to develop and deliver product roadmaps in collaboration with design and engineering teams.
• Define the platform level vision and product strategy, create product roadmaps, and prioritize the product backlog based on business goals and client needs.
• Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient and effective product development.
• Collaborate with market and user research teams, data scientists, UX designers, and engineers to create data-driven product features.
• Present product updates and strategies to executives and stakeholders with excellent presentation skills.

• Manage and utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence for efficient product management and process documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in the logistics SaaS space
• Extensive experience leading cross-functional product teams.
• Strong proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to define product vision, develop roadmaps, and manage product backlogs.
• Skilled in leveraging market and user research, data science, UX design, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to executives and stakeholders.
