- Product PMO role - taking lead ownership of project management across all product categories
- Ensure Roadmap Planning Process is delivered timely
- Work across Product Mgmt. & Engineering to align release delivery scheduled
- Provide oversight on execution for releases - calling out issues before impact
- Ensure product team delivers on commitments to the Launch process
- Work with product management to drive delivery of quality requirements to Architecture / Engineering through the Release Planning Process
- Ensure groomed and fully prioritized backlog is available
- Align with Technical Architects & Eng. Managers on initial costing / sizing
- Partner with Engineering leadership during release planning to deliver release schedule understanding dependencies and ultimately clear line toward execution
- Partner with Engineering & PM to monitor execution during release enabling action when issues or dependencies arise
- Partner with Engineering, PM & Product Marketing to drive and measure delivery on commitments to the Launch Process
- Provide visibility to execution teams as well as the Fusion Executive Leadership team on execution toward goals and readiness for Launch.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience (product management, project management technical support, or product specialist in B2B or enterprise software company, business continuity, risk management or compliance)
- Tech Savvy and Technologically Curious. You enjoy playing with and learning new platforms and environments
- Strong quantitative skills
- Understanding of contemporary software delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Strong writing skills, ability to communicate with engineering, PM and an Executive audience
- Ability to be a self-starter; demonstrating the ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple teams
- Passionate about working in a small team and fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
