About the team & opportunity
Ontra is seeking a Product Programs Associatereporting to our Manager, Product Programs.
This role is a great opportunity for an organized, collaborative problem-solver who is passionate about supporting a function to drive value and execute on key objectives. This position will work closely with R&D and have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of Ontra's product offerings and roadmap in order to help R&D achieve peak efficiency and productivity. The Product Programs Associate will be able to work with stakeholders across the business to innovate and design processes to contribute to meaningful change.

What you'll do

• Collaboration: Partner closely with the Product Operations team to understand department guidelines and objectives, supporting the optimization of Ontra's R&D organization.
• Communication Management: Independently manage and monitor routine internal communications.
• Project Administration: Assist in prioritizing and administering R&D projects across the roadmap, working closely with the Manager, Product Programs to ensure effective project management.
• Organizational Enhancements: Contribute to ongoing Product Operations projects aimed at enhancing organizational efficiency.

What you'll bring

• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address challenges creatively.
• Organizational Excellence: Exceptional organizational abilities, including attention to detail in process, resource, and project management.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration, particularly within R&D and related teams such as Product Marketing and Enablement.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and challenges effectively.
• Intellectually Curious: Open to new challenges and different perspectives,adaptability to new technologies and approaches in favor of continuous improvement.

Pay transparency
Ontra considers candidate location and experience when evaluating compensation levels. Some positions may be eligible for additional compensation, such as variable compensation, which is not included in the base pay range below. Base pay range
$67,000 - $94,000 USD
