As a Product (UI/UX) Designer at Health Gorilla, you will report to the Sr. Director of Creative Services on the Design team. You will collaborate with fellow Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers create user-centric experiences.

What you will do at Health Gorilla
  • Work with Product and Engineering to build high-quality, responsive web and mobile products
  • Help design, build, test, and refine product features
  • Create sketches, flows, prototypes, and mock ups and communicate your design thinking
  • Help continue to evolve the identity and brand of Health Gorilla in all visual communications including website and marketing materials
  • Work with the Health Gorilla design team to build cleaner, stronger designs through feedback anditerative processes
  • Collaborate across all teams within Health Gorilla to help lead the direction of design
  • Represent design both internally and externally as an invaluable part of the company
What you bring to the role
  • 2 or more years of direct Product/UI/UX experience designing data-informed web and mobile user experiences and interactions with a SaaS, Healthcare or B2B business
  • Demonstrated ownership over the entire product design process to solve your user's problems and embracing any tools needed to do it (researching, user flows, wireframing, prototyping)
  • Have a portfolio of your work that shows your capabilities and understanding of UX best practices
  • Your work expresses passionate for the user and their experience
  • Embrace a get-things-done attitude
  • Comfortable with changing priorities and direction as the business requires and evolves
  • Have participated in or led design-thinking workshops
  • Understand the nuances between mobile platforms and responsive and adaptive design including design principals around Android and IOS
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe, or other industry tools
What you will love about us:
  • Health Gorilla takes a market-based approach to pay, and the base salary range for this role is $108,000 to $150,000, based on experience and geography. Please note that ranges may be modified at any time, and there is no guarantee offers will be at the top of a posted range.
