About the position:
Globalization Partners is seeking a Product Writer to shape the voice and tone of our portfolio and help with the growth of our solutions. You will be responsible for creating seamless, engaging content experiences throughout the customer journey. You will work closely with the design team in delivering copy and ensuring brand tone of voice consistency throughout the experience.
- Planning, writing, editing, testing and improving content like user interface microcopy, landing pages, error messages and user notifications
- Use industry best-practices to develop content
- Ensuring that the copy meets legal, compliance and business requirements, while still being fresh and compelling
- Working closely with product teams to gain a deep understanding of the product or feature, especially customer pain and confusion points
- Collaborating with product managers and product designers to deliver compelling product copy
- Support and mentoring other members of the design team
- Support and develop best practices, copy methodologies and frameworks to drive efficiency across the organisation
- Be an advocate for the customer and foster a shared understanding of a customer first approach in the organisation
- Collaborating closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in our brand message and tone, both in and out of the product experience
- Evangelising the importance of good copy throughout the organisation
- Seeking out UX best practices and driving continuous improvement
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience creating copy for SaaS products
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- A well-trained eye for excellent writing, consistency and detail
- Ability to communicate insights to different stakeholders concisely and persuasively
- You are naturally curious and enjoy tackling complex problems
- Experience working in an Agile environment
