Production Planner

Your responsibilities:

• You will be planning and controlling production schedules and coordinating with material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials.
• You will estimate and schedule the human resources, tools, and equipment needed for the production process.
• You will be researching, evaluating, and recommending changes to production processes, systems, technology, or equipment to enhance organization's production capabilities.
• You will work independently with general supervision.
• You will involve in problems faced are difficult but typically not complex and influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.

• You hold bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum 3 years production management experience.
• Well know the lean Manufacturing is preferred.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn and quick to learn, self-motivator and self-starter, systematic approach to solve problems and shift work is needed.
• Proficiency English communication.
