About You
The Professional (HCP) Marketing Manager/Senior Manager will manage the promotion of the Nutrafol brand, products and thought-leadership activities at approximately 25 national physician trade shows/conferences each year. You will be responsible for managing the development & execution of marketing campaigns and materials before, during, and after trade shows to drive awareness, recommendations, product trials and adoption among healthcare providers (HCPs) such as dermatologists, plastic surgeons, NPs, PAs, etc.
You will also manage the development of trade show booth materials, booth shipping logistics and monthly budgeting/invoicing. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading physician marketing and/or downstream product launch campaigns and the creative development process (with designers and copywriters) for marketing materials and communications.
As a member of the Professional Marketing team, you will report to the VP of Marketing for the Professional channel (HCPs & hair care professionals like salons and stylists), and will collaborate with other key stakeholders across the organization.Â

Responsibilities:
- Manage the promotion of Nutrafol at approximately 25 national physician trade shows (conferences) each year
- Collaborate with Professional Marketing, Professional Sales, Clinical & Medical Affairs and Marketing Agency teams to identify conferences to attend and determine appropriate products, podium presentations, and promotions to advertise at each unique event
- Lead the creative development process for marketing materials and communications, including - writing creative project briefs, copy and design direction, managing deadlines and ensuring product messaging and claims are accurate and consistent.
- Manage creative development of trade show marketing activities and communications by associations and Nutrafol - emails, social media, digital and print advertising, attendee bag inserts, TV ads, product door drops, virtual booths, etc, working alongside cross-functional partners on creative and social media teams.
- Manage design & development of trade show booths and materials including signage, merchandising displays, literature, and digital displays
- Manage budgeting and invoicing for trade show marketing materials
- Manage logistics, budgeting, and invoicing for shipping Nutrafol trade show booths & materials to key conferences, including managing relationships with print and booth vendorsÂ
- Collaborate with third-party marketing agency partners to support the planning and promotion of key physician in-person eventsÂ
- Manage creative development and execution of new in-office merchandising and 'swag' for Nutrafol Professional Providers and their patients/clients; to include identifying vendors, negotiating costs and managing production
- Occasionally support, as-needed, annual paid media awareness activities with Dermatology and Medical Aesthetic publications (webinars, advertising, etc.)
- Support departmental leadership in annual strategic planning and budgeting
- Attend 2-5 national trade shows annually
Qualifications:
- 5+ years trade show/event marketing and/or downstream product launch experience working with physicians in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical aesthetics industry
- Proven experience developing and executing omnichannel medical marketing campaigns and leading the creative development process, including design and copy direction and providing feedback to cross-functional partners
- Experience managing a budget, invoicing, and negotiating contracts with vendors
- Excellent written, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent project management skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate programs, managing through ambiguity to execution
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, medical affairs, sales, education and product development teams
- Adaptable team player comfortable in an agile environment who can evolve, pivot, and pitch in as needed
Preferred:
- Experience working with Dermatologists or Plastic Surgeons
- Product launch experience in a downstream marketing roleÂ
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field
- Fully remote work experience, including a one-time allowance for home office setup
