Job Description

We are seeking a Professional Services Director who will play a critical, hands-on role in driving the success of NinjaOne's clients. This role blends individual contribution with team guidance and mentorship and is focused on executing a professional services strategy that ensures our clients maximize the value of our platform. Reporting to the SVP of Strategy, you will work closely with clients to implement, optimize, and support NinjaOne's solutions, all while providing top-tier technical expertise and guidance.
Location - London, United Kingdom or Remote anywhere in the UK.
What You'll be Doing

  • Developing and executing strategy: Create, define and implement a professional services strategy that aligns with NinjaOne's business goals, directly contributing to client success and revenue growth.
  • Engaging directly with clients: Work hands-on with clients to understand their unique challenges, ensuring the successful deployment, integration, and optimization of NinjaOne's solutions.
  • Guide and direct the Professional Services organization in delivering training and certification programs: Design and conduct training programs, including building technical certification initiatives, to empower consultants, clients, and internal teams to fully utilize NinjaOne's capabilities.
  • Providing hands-on technical support: Utilize your technical expertise in scripting, automation, and IT management to directly address and resolve complex client issues, ensuring high standards of service delivery within the scope of professional services or enterprise engagements.
  • Optimizing service offerings: Continuously refine and expand service offerings based on client feedback and industry trends, ensuring NinjaOne remains a leader in IT management solutions.
  • Leverage your deep experience in software implementation and servicing, as well as expert knowledge of NinjaOne, to inspire customer confidence.
  • Collaborating across teams: Work closely with Sales, Product, Support & Marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and to identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  • You will also be responsible for liaising with customers and internal stakeholders, managing concerns and potential resolutions, and guiding the team towards success
  • Tracking and reporting performance: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for professional services, using data-driven insights to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Project Management & Communication: Manage multiple projects simultaneously by setting clear deadlines, assigning tasks, monitoring progress and communicating in real time.


About You

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Technical Account Management within the IT management or B2B SaaS space.
  • Recognized for your expertise in engaging with the MSP community, with a proven ability to deliver tailored solutions that drive client success.
  • Advanced skills in scripting and automation, enabling you to resolve complex technical challenges directly and efficiently.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and delivering impactful training programs, including technical certification initiatives for clients and internal teams.
  • Strong client-facing abilities, with a track record of building and maintaining relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering effective solutions.
  • Analytical mindset, with experience using data-driven insights to continuously improve service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Proven project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and clear communication.
  • Experience in scoping, pricing, pitching, and negotiating service offerings to align with client needs and drive business outcomes.
