You'll be leading complex site migrations to a new content management system. Our team environment is fast-paced and agile, we're constantly looking for new ways to embellish every aspect of marketing and customer engagement with principles that help fulfill Microsoft's commitment to trust. In this role, you'llhave the opportunity to partneracross many teams including engineering, operations, customer support, marketing and more.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Program Manager to coordinate web site migration efforts across MCB. You will own the MCB site migration roadmap, develop and maintain a migration operational playbook. You'll partner with teams to develop site (location) specific testing, experimentation, and localization requirements and enablement needs. If platform gaps exist, you will help create feature requests, prioritize those against the existing backlog and track those features through delivery to support your customers and migration plans. Partnering across many MCB teams you will develop site-specific deployment plans and help drive and maintain platform adoption. Ensure launch acceptance criteria are documented and socialized at the onset, so alignment is maintained throughout the migration delivery lifecycle. Embracing change management protocols to ensure that all site deployment adjustments are effectively evaluated to ensure continuous stakeholder alignment.
You will regularly meet with stakeholders; collect adoption and satisfaction inputs and provide feedback to functional leads and practitioners. Managing multiple communication channels, you'll regularly update stakeholders on key migration milestones, launch readiness and go/no go efforts through a series of meetings, dashboards, and status reports. You will own site issues and risk management efforts for the entire migration delivery lifecycle.
As our ideal candidate you are focused on outcomes, you have managed large, enterprise system migration efforts. We are looking for someone with a strong ability to isolate the project's critical path even if the project inputs and outputs flex. Someone who is watching for process improvement opportunities and are deft at leading your project team to embrace and execute those improvements. A self-starter who consistently demonstrates success in collaborating cross functionally to ensure the entire team achieves their milestones. You are strategic yet capable of envisioning, cataloging, and driving a very detailed, tactical execution effort.

Qualifications:
Required :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 2+ years marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience
- OR equivalent experience.
Preferred :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- Leadership presence, experience working with marketing and engineering organizations and generating impact and influence.
- 1+ year(s) technology/process improvement experience.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Marketing Technology IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $80,900 - $162,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $105,300 - $176,900 per year.
