Reporting to the Director of Brand & Product Marketing, the Program Manager will define and scale how Shopmonkey moves through strategy, planning, production and distribution to deliver integrated campaigns. This role will also drive major cross-functional initiatives aligned to annual company goals including go-to-market, packaging and pricing, and new category launch.
In this role, you will drive planning and execution in line with time, scope and resources ensuring focus on key revenue indicators. You will work alongside business leaders, cross-functional teams and contractors to maintain end-to-end initiative engagement and deliver outstanding results.

You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Work with leadership and cross-functional partners to oversee the delivery of major business initiatives including go-to-market, pricing & packaging and new category launch.
- Develop and set the standard of delivery excellence for integrated campaigns including processes, tools, milestones and reviews from the strategy and planning phase through production and distribution.
- Work with cross-functional partners and contractors to optimize workflows.
- Work with Product Marketing to standardize and scale product release and launch tiering, processes, dependencies, roles and responsibilities, and associated activities.
- Stand up new cross-functional work streams including validation and feedback.
- Maintain a constant pulse on program health and performance, and deliver consistent reporting aligned with business goals.
- Manage all aspects of program engagement from planning, communications, resources, change, risks, and issues, including deep diving into projects to help manage and course correct.
We are looking for people who have:
- Demonstrated delivery of complex multi-channel marketing campaigns and accountability for revenue impact
- Superb written and verbal communication skills, highly articulate and diplomatic
- Always curious, always learning, not afraid to ask questions
- BS/BA and 5+ years of experience leading company-wide business programs as a program manager, business strategist, product marketing manager or project manager
- Experience working within a B2B marketing team and optimizing how functions collaborate for better results
- Outstanding prioritization skills, undaunted by fast-paced environments
- A humble, dependable, transparent team player
- Deep understanding of program management best practices and strong organizational and collaboration skills
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically, set expectations, highlight misalignment, and have critical conversations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high EQ, with the ability to effectively facilitate meetings at all levels of the organization
- Bonus: PMP certified
In the United States the range for the this position is typically a base salary of $100,000 to mid salary of $120,000, with a quarterly bonus program. The range provided is Shopmonkey’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. Consult with your Recruiter during the initial call to determine a more targeted range based on these job-related factors. In addition to this base compensation company stock options and benefits as outlined below are included.
