Job Description

Position Purpose: Work with the Quality Management team to promote increased program efficiency, service levels, and value by focusing on improvement of member experience measures. Support quality rating programs, including Medicare Stars.

Support Quality CAHPS Team (Member Experience Survey).

Build and maintain action plans with Provider Engagement.

Conduct CAHPS (Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) trainings.

Offer support on projects as needed.

Collaborate with Quality HEDIS team and Quality Health Equity Team.

Root Cause Analysis

Complete reports in support of NCQA accreditation

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred. 5+ years project implementation, product or program management experience. Quality, Provider Engagement and Operations experience preferred.

Pay range: $82,600-148,700 per year

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. The employee may be eligible for bonuses and other forms of compensation.
