We are looking for a remote corporate employee who is a dynamic Learning and Development Program Manager to lead global L&D initiatives with a focus on manager+ development. This role will design, develop and deliver company-wide orientation and onboarding, manager and leadership training, and ongoing career development programs at scale. Your Responsibilities:
- Design and facilitate best-in-class onboarding programs
- Research the latest work trends and develop relevant, timely, and high-impact training content that supports team member development, engagement, and leadership performance.
- Deep subject matter expertise in manager and director+ training program design.
- Evaluate the impact of L&D programs, and continuously improve their effectiveness.
- Consult with business leaders and cross-functional partners on ways to improve organizational effectiveness and culture.
- Collaborate with content partners across the business to ensure all employee training resources are up to date, easy to use, and relevant for our key audiences.
- Work with the HR team to manage work streams from end-to-end: scope projects, build alignment, and execute work on time.
- Manage project timelines, logistics, and communication campaigns.
What it takes to catch our eye:
- Professional experience in learning & development, human resources or related fields.
- Instructional design experience with a focus on developing, implementing, and continuously improving online and virtual in-person learning experiences.
- Ability to present and speak comfortably to live audiences.
- Ability to evaluate key performance indicators and end user feedback in order to identify areas of improvement and impact.
- Experience collaborating across the organization and influence partners to achieve results.
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative data in order to inform and improve programs
