WPP is hiring a Program Manager with a focus on creating an exceptional candidate experience. We are looking for a dynamic self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Program Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of WPP’s Flex Talent Program and is a reliable partner to the Agencies, guiding them through the end-to-end requisition process; this partnership includes reviewing current business challenge and needs, consulting on available positions and job descriptions to ensure accurate scope, and delivering valuable market intelligence to advise both the client and suppliers on available candidate population and competitive compensation.  

What you’ll be doing 

  • Managing day-to-day operations, supporting direct reports of the Flex Talent Team and fostering a positive work culture for all stakeholders 
  • Resolving escalations that arise 
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives 
  • Establish responsive and proactive strategies to streamline process and increase stakeholder experience 
  • Manage supplier relationships 

We want to set you up for success! To help us do that, here is what we are looking for from you: 

  • Prior experience managing Flex Talent/Contingent Labor Operations 
  • Prior experience with a VMS, preferably Beeline
  • 4+ years of work experience managing Flex Talent
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team of direct reports and cultivate a positive work culture
  • Effective decision making and enjoys participating in strategic discussions.
  • Works freely and with minimal supervision and is able to establish and maintain a proactive, positive working relationship with all stakeholder through regular phone and in-person contact.
  • Able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally, both in one-on-one and in group presentation situations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 products

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
