ESSENTIAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Report to the Director of Programming
• Perform and prioritize assigned duties however necessary to support the programming department and overall business objectives and goals
• Direct Support to Talent Buyer(s) and Directors on assigned shows
• Manage Programming administrative duties, ensuring all calendars, Prism, Google drive, Slack, and ClickUp are promptly updated with accurate information
• Assist the Talent Buyer(s) and Directors with researching talent, assessing potential value of talent, fielding inquiries, and agency outreach
• Work with Settlement team on payment terms and schedules
• Provide clear and organized communication to other internal teams, including effective use and implementation of relevant SOPs
• Work with Directors and programming team to review and improve internal processes and procedures
• Manage contract administration
• Review language once event is confirmed, ensuring all details align with agreement terms and conditions
• Under the direction of the Talent Buyer, redline any pieces of the contract that are not aligned with the agreed terms and return to clients for revision
• Ensure FEC agreements are prepared for every event
• File completed contracts in Prism
• Coordinate advance logistics:
  • Coordinate with Promoter Rep and Production, making introductions to artist team/client, as appropriate
  • Liaise between Programming and venue teams, following advance threads and elevating questions/concerns to Talent Buyer and Director, as necessary

COMPENSATION

The hourly rate for this position will range from $25-$35 per hour
