What you bring
  • A university/college degree or diploma in project management, finance, accounting, engineering
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel).
  • Proficient in Oracle (Business Objects).
  • Ability to maintain a friendly, helpful attitude, and demonstrate empathy to customers.


Bonus skills and experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in data analysis, finance, purchasing, distribution, construction and or/facilities management.
  • Ability to take initiative and recognize a need and act without prompting from supervisor.


What success looks like
  • You are responsible for senior level administration tasks to support the direction and strategy of the team.
  • You track new store and existing store budgets as required, including reporting and analysis of various categories.
  • You manage work orders, reimbursements, process and code invoices for equipment and facilities, and assist with reimbursement requests.
  • Provide data and ad hoc reports to staff as needed for programs and projects.
  • You communicate specific reports to help leadership with forecasting, rollouts and other planned work.
