JOB OVERVIEW: 

IT Project Coordinator to help the PMO organize on-going IT projects - This involves monitoring project plans, schedules, works hours, budget, expenditures and organizing to helping ensure project deadlines are met. 

You are an expert in task delegation who can judge the project team member's skills and assign tasks in accordance with their strengths. You love problem solving backed by a competence in project management and technology.   

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Processing sales order to projects and service tickets for execution 
• Communicating updates and requirements to clients and stakeholders 
• Participate in project planning meetings and scheduling resources 
• Evaluate potential scheduling conflicts and develop solutions 
• Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information 
• Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track 
• Sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams 
• Providing information and regular support to stakeholders 
• Ensuring resources and equipment are always available 
• Understanding formal escalation and review processes 
• Providing general support to the project team 

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: 

• 2+ years of relevant experience as a Project Coordinator in Information Technology disciplines. 
• Understanding of technology foundations 
• 1-2 years of experience coordinating teams of engineers on project assignments 

HOURS AND LOCATION: 

The hours for this position are typically 12PM or 1PM EST to 8PM or 9PM EST, Fully Remote. 

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: 

We award our employees based on market and merit with competitive base pay, paid vacation, sick/personal days, and holidays. The company offers employees fully paid medical, dental, and vision plans. Professional development reimbursement for relevant training/learning opportunities will be provided. The salary range for this position is $52,000-$75,000 (L8).
