Project Coordinator

Second Spectrum is a Sports Emmy-winning data & tech division of GENIUS SPORTS that is building the next way of seeing sports by capturing the highest quality data for many of the world’s largest leagues and federations such as the NFL, NBA, EPL, MLS, and the NCAA.

What You’ll Do:

• Help with coordination of tasks, issues, deliverables, deadlines, progress and processes across product, operational and engineering groups
• Set up and maintain project information in spreadsheets and project management software
• Ensure timely and accurate internal and external communication
• Organize coordination meetings

What You Need:

• Adept with spreadsheets or project management software
• Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly an ability to discuss technical concepts with technical and non-technical colleagues
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, self-motivated, proactive and willing to learn
