Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Project Management Team. You will be responsible for the successful execution and project management of multiple projects for a global brand.

You will act as the integration point across all agency disciplines – planning and prioritizing all deliverables within constantly shifting schedules, budgets and scopes of work. At the center of all communication, your mission is to keep all work efficiently on track, on budget and with quality to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: 

• Effectively manage multiple projects to ensure smooth and accurate execution within established timeframes and budget parameters,
• Initiate projects, interact with internal resources, suppliers, actively listens to client input.
• Create and update internal status reports, contact reports, and other communications as required for internal team.
• Take the lead on internal status meetings.
• Provide clear and timely information to any internal resources involved in projects.
• Manage project budgets, costs, invoicing, etc.
• Provide the Account Director/Supervisor with timely updates of project tracking against budget. 
• Continually evaluate project activity and flags issues.
• Look for consistency of messaging as well as creative among the brand projects./Applies attention to detail to ensure all documents are error-free.
• Understand the brand guidelines.
• Keep onsite and offsite team well informed of any potential concerns impacting client relationships or deliverables.
• Rally required internal/external resources to address specific issues and opportunities, assigns tasks, and ensures matters are brought to satisfactory resolution.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline;
• PMP accreditation is a good asset;
• 1-2 years of experience in an advertising agency; healthcare communication is an asset;
• Previous account management of global accounts considered an asset;
• Proven project management skills and financial acumen;
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Problem solving ability;
• Interpersonal skills (effectively in both oral and written communications);
• Multitasking and priority setting ability,
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced evolving and growing environment;
• Self-motivated; desire to learn a deeper level of the business;
• Committed to excellence, personal and professional growth.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite 365; Wrike experience is an asset;
