Project Manager

MetroStar Systems is looking for a Project Manager that is passionate about leading a complex Maintenance and Sustainment (M&S) and Enhancement program. • You use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and PowerPoint
• You like overseeing operational, administrative, and human resource tasks of a Program
• You enjoy serving as the principle point of contact for Program Communication

You'll love our Opportunity if: (This is the stuff you MUST have to be a fit)

• You have 15+ years of experience with the Marine Corps or Navy (Chief Warrant Officer or 0-5)
• You have experience with Marine Corps/Navy Personnel and Pay
• You have an active Secret clearance
• You understand large, complex IT Projects and Organizations

• You have can analyze information from multiple sources to compile a complete, holistic solution within their areas of expertise
• You have experience with managing a quality control plan
• You can easily communicate recommendations and issues to high-level General Officers/executives to influence decisions that support the organization's overall strategic plan
• You have experience or knowledge on mainframe systems
• You have experience with USMC personnel and/or pay applications/systems

What your day will look like:

• You’ll oversees the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated activities
• You’ll seek and develop outside funding sources, serves as principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters, and provide day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise.
• You’ll develop work breakdown structures, prepare charts, tables, graphs and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems
