As a Project Manager at Health Gorilla, you will translate a vision into reality by coordinating and communicating across multiple teams. You will define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with the senior leadership team and company partners.
What you will do at Health Gorilla- Produce and maintain a project plan while conducting the project within constraints of the framework used by different delivery teams.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents, timelines and milestones.
- Estimate the resources and participants required to achieve project goals.
- Ensure financial management of the project.
- Ensure risk management by documenting all risks and employing a mitigation strategy.
- Manage the relationship and communication with the partners.
- 5+ years of prior experience working as a Project Manager with a PMP certification.
- Experience supervising and working with multiple teams in different business environments.
- Experience managing strategic programs and effecting change.
- Firm knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of how complex enterprise software systems are implemented for clients.
- Experience managing with external vendors and negotiating contracts.
- An engineering or related degree or equivalent work experience.
