Reporting directly to the Director of Program Management, the Project Manager for the Marketplace Squad will be the connective tissue between our Product and Engineering teams and is responsible for ensuring best and healthy agile practices and delivering on time, high quality product features. You will partner with our Sr. Product Manager and Engineering Manager to help build and drive product initiatives over the finish line.

The Marketplace Squad owns our Video-as-a-Service solution that optimizes every aspect of production to enable global brands, fast-growing DTC businesses, publishers, and more to create data-driven video content at scale. Our platform connects clients to a global network of specialized creators, full-service production companies, and boutique creative shops that produce high-performing, audience-specific videos—at half the price and twice the speed of traditional video production.

While developing a strategy for project management that aligns with our Product Roadmap and business goals will be critical to this role, the Project Manager must also be excited about executing in a quick and efficient fashion and make adjustments on the fly.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and manage an agile framework for the Marketplace squad’s next generation products
• Own and manage your teams' project scopes and timelines to ensure forecasted deliverability
• Identify, track and remove blockers and delivery dependencies
• Engage and assist product managers, UX designers, developers and QA engineers to ensure work tickets are properly articulated, prioritized, and detailed
• Conduct agile events, including sprint plannings, backlog refinements, stand ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives for your team
• Work to develop and track metrics at the developer and team level to help deliver consistent velocity value
• Help build and maintain the scalable Jira processes within your team and be thought of as a Jira subject matter expert. We want you to help us with building cohesion within and between product and engineering teams
• Help build an environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it

What You'll Bring:

• 4+ years of experience in the role of a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager within a software development team
• Experience managing projects for customer-facing features, working with UI/UX teams
• A strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban and other agile development frameworks
• The ability to track, monitor and report on projects and deliverables
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) is required
• A background in Media Production, or client-facing SaaS platform preferred
• Certified Scrum Master certification is a plus
