MetroStar Systems is looking for a Project Manager that loves providing oversite of complex IT projects in support of process analysis, improvement, and reengineering. You're a great fit if:

• You use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and PowerPoint
• You can support all financial, programming, and administrative activities, such as budgeting, manpower and resource planning, and financial reporting
• You have an understanding and experience with large, complex IT projects and organizations

• You have an active SECRET clearance
• You have a master’s degree and 8-10 years of exp; OR a bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of Project Management experience
• You have a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

• You are proficient in the use of computer-based data analysis tools
• You can analyze information from multiple sources to compile a complete, holistic solution within their areas of expertise
• You can easily communicate recommendations and issues to high-level commanders/executives to influence decisions that support the organization's overall strategic plan

What your day will look like: 

• You'll perform complex evaluations of existing procedures, processes, techniques, models, and/or systems related to management problems or contractual issues
• You’ll develop work breakdown structures, prepare charts, tables, graphs and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems.
