Project Manager - Colorado Springs

Fifth Gait Technologies is looking for a Project Manager for our Colorado Springs, CO office. Desired Experience/Skills:

• Minimum 5 years professional experience as a Project Manager
• Previous experience with DoD a plus
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
• Advanced proficiency in project scheduling software, such as MS Project
• Extensive experience in schedule planning and management
• Advanced ability to evaluate project progress and facilitate interventions
• Ability to keep customers informed of project timelines and changes
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our technical engineering team on challenging projects
• Develop project plans, schedules, and timelines
• Coordinate and monitor project timelines and deadlines with engineering managers and team members
• Track project tasks and action items
• Evaluate performance and prepare project progress reports
• Identify potential delays in project schedules and facilitate intervention in a timely manner
• Recommend actions to keep projects within budget and completed on time (separate) – budget tracking and monitoring.
• Keep customers informed of project timelines and deadlines, while ensuring that project requirements are met and exceed customers’ expectations
• Manage subcontractors and vendors

The salary range for this position is around $80,000-$110,000. Every potential candidate is evaluated based on experience and skill to determine the appropriate salary.
