Project Manager III (Remote )

Position Purpose: As a Project Manager III, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects concurrently, with a specific emphasis on HEDIS, regulatory reporting and business intelligence solutions.

*Lead and manage multiple healthcare HEDIS projects concurrently, ensuring their successful planning, execution, and completion within specified timelines and budgets.

*Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, subject matter experts, IT professionals, and data analysts, to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and requirements.

*Develop and maintain project charters, project plans, work breakdown structures, risk management plans, communication plans, and other project-related documentation.

*Establish project schedules, milestones, and dependencies, and regularly monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

*Coordinate and allocate project resources, including personnel, budget, equipment, and tools, to support project activities effectively.

*Utilize corporate and industry standard project management tools and techniques to effectively manage projects.

*Assist with establishment and maintenance of corporate project management methodology and other department procedures.

*Identify and proactively manage detailed project documentation, project risks, issues, and changes, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.

*Provide leadership and effectively communicate project status to all stakeholders, may include written executive summaries.

*Provide functional and technical knowledge across multiple business and technical areas.

*Monitor the creation of all project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards including design documents, test plans, training materials, and operations documentation.

*Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in healthcare HEDIS, regulatory reporting, and business intelligence, and incorporate relevant knowledge into project planning and execution.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of project management and implementation or program management experience.
• Proficient with MS Office applications and project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare quality measures, Medicare STARS, Medicaid Quality Rate System, regulatory reporting requirements, and business intelligence solutions highly preferred.
• Experience working with and leading diverse groups and matrix managed environments.
• PMP certification highly preferred.

License/Certification: PMP, PgMP, or CAPM preferred.
