Job Overview

The Aerospace, Defense & Marine (AD&M) Engineering Excellence team is responsible for enabling and equipping the global AD&M engineering workforce to be a world-class product development organization. The Engineering Excellence team is responsible for continuously improving the technical tools, software and processes used by our engineers, while also providing the data analytics and training needed be a leader in this highly competitive market space. This is a unique position that will require engagement with multiple global engineering teams and will provide exposure to project management, product development and sustaining engineering at an organizational level.

As a Project Manager Intern on our Engineering Excellence team, you'll have the opportunity to:• Collaborate with the global engineering team on continuous improvement projects• Oversee data analytics projects designed to improve engineering access to critical data• Lead the execution of projects focused on improving the efficiency of our engineering teams

What your background should look like:• Minimum GPA requirement of 3.0• Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, Project Management or Engineering-related major• Currently enrolled in an accredited University or College for the duration of the Internship

Compensation
Competitive pay commensurate with experience: $18 to $25 per hour (subject to change dependent on physical location)
Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
