ABOUT THE TEAM...

A Project Manager is a member of the Professional Services delivery team that builds and maintains applications on the Acquia Platform on behalf of customers and partners. A Project Manager is responsible for executing a project according to Acquia’s methodology.

As a Project Manager you will be...

• Accountable for delivering successful customer projects using Acquia’s agile development methodology
• Accountable for managing change in order to meet or exceeding project goals, including budget, scope, and timeline goals
• Accountable for accurately communicating project status internally and to customers
• Accountable for providing informed and timely planning, requirements management, and training support to customers
• Accountable for project compliance with Acquia processes and methodologies
• Accountable for continuous improvement of the project management discipline in Acquia’s Professional Services 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL…

• 6 to 9 years of total experience and min 2+ years of exp in project management role within a digital/IT organization
• Ability to broker mutually agreeable outcomes in sophisticated project scenarios with customers, partners and Acquia stakeholders
• Experience defining and delivering large scale engagements
• Solid understanding of and experience in handling complex project financials including tracking forecast, actuals, and revenue targets
• Excellent customer and partner relationship management skills
• Experience in a client service role
• Agile and/or scrum experience
• Project Management (PMP and/or SCRUM) certification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Extra Credit…

• Understanding of web content management systems such as Drupal is strongly preferred.
