What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for someone who will thrive in a dynamic environment where you will work with our internal and external teams to facilitate managing innovative eCommerce projects. You should be comfortable being client-facing, working with multiple agency partners, and internal teams such as product, growth, creative, and media. This position reports to the Associate Director of Project Management. 

The Task at Hand:

• Plan, architect, and execute projects, ensuring all deliverables are completed while staying within project requirements, budget, and timeframes: establishing timelines, milestones, and deliverables; managing team tools and meetings; communicating progress to all stakeholders (internal and external); influencing and driving accountability and results

• Create project plans and organize deliverables into tasks, mapping them to relevant stakeholders during all stages of the project

• Understand business goals of our client’s and document success criteria; track and analyze performance to meet client business goals  

• Craft detailed contracts and serve as the liaison between internal and external teams, funneling for approvals and signatures 

• Monitor and identify risks and open issues in projects; build mitigation strategies and hold stakeholders accountable 

• Build content and materials to support meetings, workshops and business development opportunities

• Manage stakeholder conversations and dependencies across all levels of the organization

• Work with all departments to help gather company resourcing needs and fairly allocate resources

• Empower our project team’s execution on client work by keeping the team on track and accountable

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has 1-3 years of project management experience

• Bachelor's Degree or PMP preferred

• Experience with Workfront, Salesforce, Asana or similar project management tools preferred

• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to drive projects, while managing timelines, budget, scope, resources, deliverables, and client expectations

• Excellent problem solving, organization, influencing, and communication skills

• Hands-on, results oriented, thrives when challenged

• Able to manage competing priorities

• Ability to distill decisions into tasks and measurable outcomes

• Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. 

• Base Salary $80,000 - $100,000 annually
