Summary
We are a dynamic, global organization seeking a forward-thinking Project/Process Lead. The successful candidate should be able to serve as a liaison between DFIN's Service Delivery and all other applicable business units to provide guidance for all on ongoing Client Success activities.
Responsibilities
- Execute on DFIN's core strategies of streamlining and standardizing processes and communications. Leveraging technology while focusing on servicing our client's by providing value and measuring outcomes.
- Understand client requirements in alignment to DFIN's capabilities for a successful outcome.
- Work with teams to coordinate the development of a process improvement plan to enhance operational and financial performance.
- Set direction and provide oversight into key DFIN internal initiatives to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all products and services.
- Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders, enabling issues and opportunities to be addressed with a spirit of partnership.
- Gain a deep understanding of the services that are delivered to our clients and make recommendations to enhance the process in turn bringing added value to the client relationship.
- Serve as an escalation point for process and project implementations.
- Generate Communications and Training materials and deliver to the Service organization.
- Create and Update process documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience in Service Delivery and or Service Operations.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as with cross functional teams.
- Strong project management skills.
- MS Office with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines.
- Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to use critical thinking when analyzing and resolving issues.
- Passion for solving tough problems and learning new areas of the business.
