Project Specialist
Job Description
Your responsibilities:
- Conducts analysis of plan versus actual project performance under the supervision of the Project Manager;
- Prepares materials for, and assists in project reviews;
- Updates project (cost) adjustments, approved by the Project Manager and Controller;
- Covering order processing and final pricing, maintaining order records and resolving issues to enhance customer;
- Monitors, controls, and releases requests for invoicing, based on instructions from the Project Manager;
- Tracking and ensuring timely delivery - mantain Confirmed and Requested On-Time Delivery;
- Effectively communicates appropriate information to mostly internal project stakeholders;
- Controls documentation accuracy and consistency, based on tasks assigned by Project Manager and procedures agreed with the customer.

Your background
- Bachelor's degree - preferably technical;
- Experience in similar position is an advantage;
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English;
- Experience with ERP system /SAP or similar/;
- Strong communication and organizing skills;
- Should be eager to learn, flexible, open-minded and team-work oriented .
