The Provisioning Manager will be responsible for supporting the Customer & Account Management Sales and Sales Operations organization. This role will support a variety of internal and customer-facing projects to improve the effectiveness of sales and customer support efforts. Responsible for developing processes and strategies to ensure customer expectations are met, with responsibility for multiple products and aircraft programs.
This position can be worked remotely.

Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with business units, sales teams and aircraft manufacturers to promote Collins Aerospace systems during entry-into-service and ongoing sales campaigns
- Conduct technical customer presentations in support of multiple Collins Aerospace businesses
- Respond to requests from sales teams and develop proposals for presentation to customers
- Perform provisioning forecasting for large commercial segment
- Maintain knowledge of Collins Aerospace organization and products to provide accurate information and support to customers
- 20-30% travel expected
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience OR
- In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Collins Aerospace will not offer sponsorship for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within aerospace industry; familiarity with aircrafts or aircraft manufacturers
- Prior external sales or other direct customer contact experience
- Prior experience with intermediate data collection, analysis, and reporting in excel
- Demonstrated ability managing competing priorities and several projects concurrently in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems for data retrieval and reporting (Salesforce, SAP)
