What You Bring
• Certified Public Notary(required)
• E-Notary certification(preferred)
• Associate’s degree required, unless you have5+ years as a Notarywith strong customer service experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Exceptional communication skills with agenuine sense of empathy and patience
• Ability to support clients who may be grieving or navigating emotionally difficult situations
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management abilities
• High-speed home internet (minimum 150 Mbps)
• Comfortable using digital platforms and internal systems
• Eligible to obtainNevada Electronic Notary Public Certification
• Proven history of client service excellence

Join our compassionate and forward-thinkingLegal teamas aTech-Savvy Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative. This hybrid role begins withtwo weeks of onsite training, then transitions to a3-days-from-home, 2-days-in-officeschedule. We’re hiringfive empathetic professionalswho are ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others through digital estate planning.6-9 month contract with probability for extension and for hire.
Your Role
• Handle50 inboundand50 outbound callsdaily, assisting members with plan usage, coverage, eligibility, and digital estate planning.
• Performonline notarizations, verifying identities and guiding clients through sensitive legal processes with care and professionalism.
• Communicate complex, scripted information via phone and video chat with clarity and compassion.
• Mentor new team members and assist with onboarding.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure resolution and client satisfaction.
• Provide support with additional administrative and customer service tasks as needed.
Compensation & Schedule
• Starting Pay:$20/hr
• Review:Eligible for pay increase after 6 months based on performance and attendance
• Work Hours:Monday – Friday
• 5 openings:7:30AM – 5:00PM PST (8 hours a day)
• Training Schedule (First 2 Weeks):
• Monday – Friday, onsite
