• Manually test cross product tickets to ensure we release high quality, bug free features with customer experience in mind
• Test in production to explore our platform and raise questions, improvements and bugs
• Create, update and edit the manual test case repository and execute manual test runs for larger releases using TestRail
• Triaging complex requirements from Product owners, engineers and business stakeholders
• Maintain the bug lifecycle management process to ensure stakeholders are aware of issues
• Participate in discussions surrounding quality and testing best practices
• Verify data displayed to users is quick, correct and meets design requirements
• Working closely within the QA team to define and implement test automation (Cypress)

• Technical: Expert working knowledge of manual testing and reporting bugs with Frontend and Backend applications
• Technical(Nice to have):Good working knowledge of Cypress with either Javascript or Typescript experience
• Technical: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and how testing fits in this with an eye for CI/CD improvements
• Resilience: Humble to new ideas, and eager to learn amidst adversity and challenges
• Self-motivated: Self starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership, empathy, and determination to get things done
