About the Team
Zoom Contact Center is an omnichannel contact center solution that is optimized for video and integrated right into the Zoom Platform. It is aimed to bring Unified Communications to the same Zoom experience people know and love, supporting video and traditional use cases such as voice, SMS, and Web Chat.
About the Role
Zoom's Contact Center Engineering team is looking for a QA Engineer who will support our new Zoom Virtual Agent product, focused on knowledge management. You will partner with Zoom's engineering and product teams to ensure feature requirements are understood and tested thoroughly. Responsibilities include:

• Collaboration with Business, Engineering & Product Management teams in the design, development, and documentation of the changes.
• Contribute to both manual and regression testing of our internal/external systems.
• Focus on testing SaaS systems configurations and customizations.
• Design high quality test plans, cases, and executions pertaining to enterprise level projects.
• Develop analysis of regression for projects of a larger scale.
• Find, isolate, regress, and track bugs in order to find the most efficient resolution.
• Analyze functional requirements and recommend appropriate measures for QA processes and tools.
• Coordinate in developing QA automation programs and streamline current QA efforts.
• Work with solution architects, developers, and business analysts on debugging and problem solving.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis on QA issues and report them to all business stakeholders and project managers.

About You
Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ year of professional experience with QA engineering, preferably in a SaaS company
• Familiarity with Agile development/Scrum
• Experience with manual and automated testing
• Experience identifying issues with software before the product/feature launch
• Experience building automation framework
• Experience developing test plans and test cases
• Knowledge of either Java, JavaScript or Python
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira, Clubhouse, HP ALM, QC

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins

New York City Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$72,630.00 USD
Maximum :
$134,370.00 USD
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
