Quadient Automation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain Quadient Automation tools for automated document generation and distribution
• Collaborate with business teams to understand communication needs and translate them into automated processes
• Design and optimize workflows for high-volume document production, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the Quadient platform and associated systems
• Ensure document templates and workflows adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements
• Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and workflows
• Work closely with IT and business teams to integrate Quadient Automation with other systems (e.g., CRM, ERP)
• Ensure the scalability and performance of automated document workflows

• 3+ years of experience with Quadient Automation tools or similar Customer Communication Management (CCM) platforms
• Strong understanding of document automation, including design, generation, and distribution processes
• Experience with integration of CCM tools with existing enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams
